Room hire is suspended until it is safe to reopen.

The Job Marston Centre provides rooms for hire for public and private functions.  The accommodation consists of the Chatterton Hall and House which are let to the Centre on a long lease by the Church of the Ascension.  The Hall was refurbished in 2009 thanks to Birmingham City Council and the windows were replaced in 2016 as a result of a grant from Veolia.  Thanks to another grant from Veolia, the Hall roof was repaired in 2018.

and Garden

The Chatterton Hall is a multi-function space able to accommodate up to 80 people.  A small entrance lobby leads into a spacious, heated hall with a kitchen, toilets, and baby changing facilities.  With windows on three walls, it provides abundant natural lighting, while the rear doors lead onto a secluded accessible garden.  It is suitable for a range of uses such as parties, fitness classes, meetings, and community groups.  Tables and chairs are also available.  The small, shared car park is accessed from School Road.


The House and Garden

The House has 3 meeting rooms holding 8-15 people.  These are private and suitable for small functions or as break-out rooms for larger functions.  There is a kitchen and a small garden at the rear of the House.  The small, shared car park is accessed from School Road.
